Do you need access to our account?
No. No passwords, no user access. Once a quarter we hold one online session and the reports are pulled the same day. Ad reports can also be emailed to us automatically.
Is our data kept confidential?
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before we start. Your reports and figures are never shared with third parties.
Which marketplaces do you cover?
Amazon US is included. Walmart and Amazon UK, EU or AU are added with the Extra Marketplace add-on.
What if a quarter is missed or data is incomplete?
If the deadline has not passed, we prepare it like any quarterly file. Missing data is flagged in the control note with its TL impact.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, before we start preparing the file. Once preparation starts, you get one round of corrections instead.
