These terms govern your use of becatobusiness.com and the services BCFI FZE LLC ("BECATO", "we", "us") provides. By using the site or our services you agree to them. A signed proposal or agreement for a specific engagement takes priority over these terms where they differ.

BECATO is a brand of BCFI FZE LLC.
2. Our services
We provide marketplace management and consulting, advertising management, listing and creative work, market analyses and audits, forecasting, company setup and tax compliance support, trademark filing support and account and banking setup support. The exact scope, deliverables, fees and timeline of each engagement are set out in its proposal, package description or agreement.
First call offer: after a first discovery call, we may offer eligible brands a complimentary analysis (a market analysis for a chosen country, or a general audit for brands already selling). Eligibility and scope are at our discretion, and accepting it creates no obligation to buy.
3. Analyses and reports
- Our analyses are based on the files and information you provide and on third-party market data. Their accuracy depends on those inputs being complete and correct.
- You confirm that you have the right to share the files you send us.
- Reports are recommendations. You decide what to apply to your listings, advertising and business, unless you engage us to apply the changes for you.
- Estimates such as market size, revenue or search volume from third-party tools are estimates, not verified figures.
4. Company setup, tax, trademark and account services
- Company formation, EIN, ITIN, tax filings, trademark applications and bank, payment or marketplace accounts are decided by the relevant authorities and providers (for example the IRS, US states, Companies House, USPTO, UKIPO, IP Australia, Amazon, Mercury, Wise and Stripe). We prepare and submit on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee approval, registration or processing times.
- Government, filing, registered agent and similar third-party fees are separate from our service fee unless the package says otherwise.
- Where local rules require a licensed attorney or representative, their involvement and fees are part of the proposal.
- You are responsible for giving us accurate, complete and truthful information and documents.
5. Fees, payment and refunds
Fees are shown in the proposal or package description and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. Refunds depend on the type of service:
- Analyses and reports: full refund if you cancel before we start work (before your files arrive or before we begin the analysis). Once the analysis has started, fees are not refundable. Instead, you get one round of revisions or additional explanation within 7 days of delivery. If we miss the delivery time we promised, you get a full refund.
- Monthly services (such as advertising or marketplace management): billed monthly in advance, with no minimum term. You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice; the current month is not refunded and the next month is not billed.
- Company setup, ITIN, tax filings, trademark applications and account openings: the service fee is refunded if you cancel before we submit the application, minus any government or third-party fees already paid. After submission, fees are not refundable. If an application is rejected because of our mistake, we refile at no extra cost. Rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information, or by the authority’s or provider’s own decision, are not refunded, but we help you with the next steps.
- Government, filing and other third-party fees are never refundable once paid, because we cannot recover them either.
- Results such as sales, rankings or ACOS are never a reason for a refund, as explained in section 8.
- Refund requests must be made in writing to info@becatobusiness.com within 14 days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, reports and account data confidential and use them only for your work. We may list your brand name and logo among our clients and describe the work we did in general terms, unless you ask us not to. Any screenshots we show publicly have brand names, products and identifying numbers removed or blurred.
7. No professional advice on this site
Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice and does not create a client relationship. Tax and legal work is provided only under a separate engagement.
8. Results
Case studies, figures and screenshots describe past work and are illustrative. Marketplace results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, rankings or return on ad spend.
9. Third-party trademarks and links
Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Mercury, Wise, Stripe and other names and logos shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. BECATO is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by these companies. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Intellectual property
The design, text and graphics of this site belong to BCFI FZE LLC unless stated otherwise and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Once paid for, the reports and deliverables we prepare for you are yours to use for your business.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions taken by marketplaces, authorities or providers. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protections you may have under the laws of your country.
