Can was a final-year medical student at Azerbaijan Medical University when he left medicine for e-commerce. Before that he worked as an ethical hacker, and he still reads marketplaces the same way: find where the system leaks, then fix it.

He has been selling and consulting on Amazon since 2021 and is an Amazon Ads certified PPC professional. Today he leads PPC strategy, marketplace growth and US company setup for BECATO clients, and is building AI-powered workflows that make every client engagement faster and sharper.

Beyda

Design & Creative Lead · Curator

Before design, Beyda worked as an anesthesia technician at a state hospital, a position she earned by ranking 16th in Turkey in the national civil service placement exam (KPSS). She later resigned and devoted herself fully to art.

Today she owns and runs several Etsy shops that sell thousands of products every month, built on her own signature designs. She is also a curator. At BECATO she leads listing images, A+ content and brand visuals for client launches.

Almıla Albayraktaroğlu

A METU Food Engineering graduate, Almıla spent 10 years in sales and business development management at Procter & Gamble, then became General Retail Director at Nokia. From 2013 she held retail sales and category leadership roles at Microsoft Turkey, Amazon Europe (Luxembourg) and Amazon Turkey, where she was part of the founding team behind the 2018 country launch. Today she sits on the boards of e-export start-ups and advises companies on retail, e-commerce and e-export.
